Hello UNA members!

We are writing to inform you of some wonderful events being hosted by the United Nations Association, San Diego and its various committees.

 

Coming up on the UNASD calendar...

Saturday, June 27th: YPIC (Young Professionals for International Cooperation) celebrates UN Charter Day with ARTruism.

From 2pm to 5pm in the lawn area of the International Cottages in Balboa Park, ARTruism is going to be a fun, interactive event with food, drinks, dancing and painting lessons. All guests are asked to bring a non-perishable food item for YPIC's SuperFood Drive.

Tuesday, June 30th: the Women's Equity Council hosts a Benefit Night titled Engage, Embrace, Unite: Equity in the 21st Century, in partnership with the League of Women Voters.

Begining at 5:30pm at the San Diego Women's Club, the Benefit will serve hors d'oeuvres and wine as guests of honor Susan Davis, Carol LeBeau and Lilia Velasquez share their stories of success and determination as high-powered women.

Saturday, July 11th: UNA Workshop VII, from 9:30am - 12:30pm in the Pacific Beach Taylor Library.
