YOUNG PROFESSIONALS (YP) is a network of UNA-USA San Diego that seeks to engage young professionals in discussions of international affairs, emphasizing the importance of multilateral cooperation and the United Nations. While we appreciate supporters of all ages, Young Professional members are typically between the ages of 21-40, and are a diverse group of individuals from the fields of business, law, government, nonprofit, the arts and philanthropy. Young Professionals provides an exciting opportunity to interact with like-minded individuals and gives young professionals from all walks of life a unique forum in which to learn more about current international issues, the United Nations, and the work of UNA-USA in general and UNA-USA San Diego Chapter in particular.

As active members of the UNA-USA San Diego, young professionals engaged in the Young Professionals program are committed to fostering international cooperation and community education on international affairs. We specifically work on promoting and implementing various programs that benefit both the local and international communities at large. We collaborate with many institutions and organizations as well as hold social-networking events to learn more about our members and take active part in the events of the UNA-USA San Diego.
